1. Summary
1.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to all use of the Gymplode website and to any purchase made through it. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.2. These Terms supersede all others and constitute your acceptance that our conditions are the only conditions that apply to the contract, notwithstanding any purported terms put forward by you.

1.4. We design and sell custom-made, print-on-demand gymwear and related accessories featuring our Gymplode branding.
1.5. Our website also includes a blog section providing information on workouts, fitness tips and related content. This content is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional advice. Always consult a qualified fitness or healthcare professional before starting any new exercise or nutrition program.
1.6. In addition to our own products and services, we may also work with companies that offer products and services in related industries (such as fitness, health, nutrition and lifestyle). Some of these links, promotions or recommendations featured on our website may be affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you choose to make a purchase through them. This comes at no additional cost to you.

2. Eligibility & Use of the Website
2.1. You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.
2.2. You agree not to misuse the website, engage in fraudulent activity or attempt to interfere with the website’s operation or security.
3. Made-to-Order Policy
3.1. All Gymplode products are custom-made and produced on demand once an order is placed. This helps reduce overproduction and textile waste.
3.2. Because products are made specifically for you:
- Production usually begins shortly after ordering
- Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once production has started
- Minor variations in colour, size or print alignment may occur
3.3. Product images are mockups and are for illustrative purposes only.
4. Placing an Order
4.1. When placing an order, you confirm that:
- All product, size, design and delivery details are correct
- You are authorised to use the chosen payment method
- You accept these Terms & Conditions in full
4.2. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
5. Pricing & Taxes
5.1 Prices are shown in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable.
5.2. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
5.3. Customers outside the UK may be responsible for import duties, customs fees or local taxes, which are not included in the purchase price. Please refer to our Customs Duties & Taxes for more information.
6. Payments
6.1. We accept payment by:
- Credit / Debit Card
- PayPal
6.2. Payments are processed securely by third-party providers. We do not store payment card details.
7. Delivery
7.1 We ship to the UK, Europe, USA, Canada and worldwide. Please view our Shipping Table for more details.
7.2. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
7.3. Risk of loss passes to you once the goods are delivered to the address provided.
7.4. We are not responsible for courier delays outside our control but will assist in investigating lost or delayed parcels.
7.5. Some deliveries may require a signature.
7.6. Claims for lost or delayed orders must be reported within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
8. Right to Cancel (UK & EU Customers)
8.1. Under UK and EU consumer law, customers normally have a 14-day right to cancel an order.
8.2. This right does not apply to goods that are made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
8.3. As all Gymplode products are custom-made and produced on demand, orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun, unless the item is faulty or not as described. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty or defective goods.
9. Returns & Refunds
9.1. Because items are made to order, returns or refunds are only accepted if the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. For more details, please refer to our Refunds Policy.
9.2. We do not offer refunds or returns for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect size selection
- Address errors provided at checkout
9.3. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of confirmation.
10. Faulty or Damaged Goods
10.1 If your item arrives damaged:
- If visible on delivery, refuse the parcel and contact us immediately
- If discovered after delivery, notify us within 48 hours
10.2. Photo evidence is required for all claims.
10.3. Manufacturing faults or print errors must be reported within 28 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.
10.4. Issues reported after 28 days but within 12 months may be eligible for a replacement only.
11. Product Variations & Substitutions
11.1. Minor variations in colour, fabric, sizing or print alignment (up to 2.5cm) are considered acceptable.
11.2. If a garment becomes unavailable, we may substitute it with a comparable alternative of equal quality.
12. Product Availability
12.1. Availability depends on our suppliers and may change without notice.
12.2. If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will contact you with options including a replacement or refund.
13. Accounts & Security
13.1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.
13.2. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse or repeated violations of these Terms.
14. Limitation of Liability
14.1. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profit or business interruption.
14.2. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.
15. Data Protection & Privacy
15.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including UK GDPR.
15.2. By using our services, you consent to the processing and international transfer of data where required to fulfil your order.
16. Confidentiality
16.1. You agree not to misuse or disclose any non-public information obtained through your interaction with Gymplode, except where required by law.
17. Complaints
17.1. If you are unhappy with our service, contact info@gymplode.com with full details.
17.2. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and provide a full response within 28 days.
18. Force Majeure
18.1. We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, industrial action, war, government action or transport failures.
19. Intellectual Property
19.1. All content on Gymplode.com, including designs, images, text and branding, is protected by intellectual property laws and may not be used without permission.
20. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
20.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
20.2. Nothing in these Terms affects mandatory consumer rights available under the laws of your country of residence.
21. Changes to These Terms
21.1. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
