1. How do I know my size?

Please check our size guide carefully before ordering. Since all sales are final, selecting the correct size is the customer’s responsibility.


2. Will colours and prints look exactly like the mockup?

Not always. Slight variations in colour, print alignment (up to 2.5cm) or garment substitutions may occur. These are normal and not considered faults.


3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Credit / Debit Cards and PayPal. All payments are processed securely by third-party providers.


4. Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?

No. Production begins shortly after your order is placed, so changes and cancellations are not possible.


5. Do you accept refunds or exchanges?

No. All sales are final. Since every item is made-to-order, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizes, colours or design choices. Please see our Refunds Policy.


6. Why don’t you allow refunds or exchanges?

Our products are printed on demand to reduce overproduction and textile waste. This sustainable model means each item is made especially for you, so we cannot resell returned items.


7. How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of your order and the delivery destination. Please check our Shipping Rates table for more information.


8. Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide. Please note:

  • Delivery times vary by location.
  • Import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

9. How long will it take to get my order?

10. What if my order arrives faulty or damaged?

If your item is damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

  • Within 28 days: you may request a refund or replacement.
  • Between 28 days and 12 months: we will offer a replacement only.

11. What if my parcel is lost or delayed?

Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

  • If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact us within 28 days of your order.
  • We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement where appropriate.
