Customs Duties & Taxes

Because we are a UK-based company working with international fulfilment partners, some orders may be shipped from outside your country. In these cases, your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes or other import fees when it arrives.

Who pays customs duties & taxes?

Any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees are paid by you, the customer, directly to your local customs authority or courier.

• These charges are not controlled or collected by us or our fulfilment partners.
• They are not included in our product or shipping prices unless specifically stated at checkout.

When could extra fees apply?

You may be charged additional fees if:

• Your order is shipped from a different country than your delivery address.
• The value of your order exceeds your country’s duty-free import threshold.
  
• Your country applies specific taxes or handling fees to imported goods.

Each country has its own rules, so the exact amount (if any) will depend on your local regulations.

UK customers

• Orders shipped from within the UK: usually no customs duties.
• Orders shipped from outside the UK: customs charges may apply depending on order value and UK import rules.

International customers (outside the UK)

• Orders may be processed by your local customs office, which can charge import duties, taxes (VAT/GST), and/or handling fees before delivery.
• We cannot predict or control these charges, and we are not responsible for customs delays.

Prepaid duties & taxes

In some countries, shipping partners may offer the option to prepay duties and taxes at checkout.

• If available, estimated import fees will be included in your order total.
• Prepaying can help your order clear customs faster and avoid extra fees on delivery.

If the option is not available, fees (if any) will be collected upon arrival.

If you refuse to pay customs fees?

• The parcel may be returned to us or disposed of by the courier, depending on local rules.
• Any shipping, customs, or return fees may not be refundable.
• Check your country's import rules before ordering if you're unsure about potential fees.
