Shipping times shown on all product pages reflect the time needed to process your order before dispatch.

  • ROW = Rest of World.
  • Parcels over 2kg will be shipped by courier. Each box can hold up to 6 kg (e.g. 60 t-shirts or 30 hoodies). Each additional 6kg will incur a repeat charge.

Refunds Policy

At Gymplode, all sales are final. Due to our made-to-order production model, we cannot accept refunds, returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect size, colour or design selection
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

This policy ensures we can continue to operate sustainably by producing items only when ordered, reducing overproduction and textile waste.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

We take great care to ensure your order arrives in excellent condition. However, in rare cases:

  • If your item arrives faulty or damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Photo evidence is required for all claims.
  • Verified claims may be eligible for a replacement or refund.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.

  • Within 28 days of delivery: You may request a refund or replacement.
  • Between 28 days and 12 months: A replacement will be offered where possible.

Important Notes

  • Minor variations in colour, print alignment (up to 2.5cm) or garment substitutions are not considered faults.
  • Refunds and replacements will only be issued once claims are verified.
